- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My dealings with them were a nightmare. They were handling a property transfer for a realtor I was using. They sent the paperwork to the wrong address and proceeded to harass me about how IRS would get the information about the sale with or without my ssn. Nasty phone calls. Also phone calls from restricted numbers. The office manager was the only one in that organization that was courteous to me. I told my realtor that she needed to use somebody else. There was never an apology for the rude behavior. I still don't know why they couldn't send the paperwork to the proper address when I gave it to them verbally months earlier.October 23, 2017by RoseMarie Cotton
