  I am visiting the area on vacation. I went to the pharmacy because my father has a severe cold, and I needed advice about which OTC medication to get for him. As soon as I said "hi, my dad has a cold..." The pharmacist walked away without saying a word to answer the phone. A pharmacy tech (young blonde girl) then came up and said "what do you want?". I asked what ingredients were in the sudafed behind the counter, and she said "I don't know" and tried to walk away. I asked if they had anything that could control cough and relieve sinus pressure. She said "no" and walked away. I was horrified by the lack of customer service and the general rudeness of the pharmacist and her tech.
